Omega 3

The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, found in oily fish such as salmon, herring, anchovies and sardines, are the compounds that work most consistently. Several studies have concluded that fish and fish oil reduce heart disease by cutting arrhythmia, blood-clotting and inflammation. High-fish diets may also reduce the incidence of Alzheimer's and dementia. And emerging research shows omega-3s found in fish and other sea creatures may also reduce cancer risk, arthritis, asthma, psoriasis and other inflammatory diseases.[1]
